The Peak: Eldorado is a majestic mountain, with a peak 8,869 feet above sea level, surrounded by views of the Klawatti-Inspiration-Mcallister icecap and Eldorado’s distinct summit ridge.
The Beer: Eldorado Pale ale has a light malt backbone and nice bitterness that would support and balance an unmistakably emphasized hop aroma and flavor.
The Peak: Mt. Redoubt is a fortress-like massif almost as far north as you can go in the continental U.S.
The Beer: Redoubt Red is our interpretation on an American Red/Amber ale, bringing a nice ruby-colored beer. The aroma and flavor is dominated by the hops, with a nice blend of complex fruit and spice notes.
The Peak: Mt Stuart is a massive mountain easily seen from the storied Enchantments, about 13 miles southwest of Leavenworth. It is the second tallest non-volcanic peak in WA.
The Beer: Stuart Stout is a rich, full bodied, deeply roasty interpretation of the style. It has a lot of roasted malts giving it a great stout flavor.
The Peak: Challenger is a great climb, with a long approach, fun glacier slogs, and a nice rock pitch at the end, in one of the most inaccessible locations in the N Cascades.
The Beer: Challenger IPA is a nice drinkable hop forward IPA featuring citrus and stone fruits on a solid, medium bodied backbone.

The 21st iteration of our Peakbagger IPA series, this beer is a true “Hop Bomb,” circa 2013. Loaded up with 6 different hops, this high-IBU beer will kick you right in the kisser.
Brewed with roasted malts, this unique beer has a slight chocolate flavor to round out an otherwise light, farmhouse ale. The addition of arbol and ancho chile’s also give it a powerful kick on the back of the throat. Not for the faint of heart.
Brewed without hops, this flavorful not-a-beer features Queen Anne’s Lace, Juniper Berries, and Rose Petals, giving it a perceived bitterness and floralness unique to the style. Called “Surprise” because we were so surprised how delicious it was.
Aged for 2 years in new oak barrels, this blonde ale is traditionally soured to deliver an impactful sour punch.
Aged for 9 months on Brettanomyces, this unique ale balances a boozy sweetness with a funky wild yeast twist.
Beers, beets, Battlestar Gallactica! This flavorful, crisp, mildly-hopped American Pale Ale was brewed with freshly chopped beets. The perfect beer for fall, Just Beet It balances a delicious earthiness with a distinct taste you just can’t beet.
3 months into the Coronavirus Pandemic, eight South Seattle Breweries got together (virtually) and brewed 8 unique beers with a unified ingredient – Kveik Yeast. What the heck is Kveik?! It’s a generations-old Norwegian yeast that does magical things in high heat and in little time. It’s fun and funky and brewers are swooning over it. This double IPA will kick you right in the Quarantine Kicker. Drink Fresh!
A twist on our flagship Scotch Wee Heavy Ale…instead of just our usual American 1056 Yeast, we fermented this one with Norwegian Kveik Yeast. The result is a slightly-fruitier version of this caramel-flavored ale, with notes of apples and herbs. It’s DEEEEELICIOUS.
Tangerine, Pineapple, and Vanilla. Amply hopped and dry-hopped, mixed with 70 pounds of fresh fruit, and fermented with Lactose, this boozy and fruity IPA perfectly marries fruit, vanilla, and hop flavors.
Mild-bodied, slightly sour, and a little salty, this kettle sour drinks like a Gose that finishes with an explosion of pumpkin, ginger, and cinnamon. We added nearly 100 pounds of Organic WA pumpkins, along with ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and a light dusting of brown sugar to create the perfect rainy-season sour.
